We have a small shipping department--aka, "Me!" I try my best to get orders out as soon as possible.
Items are shipped the next business day in most cases. Items should arrive within 5-7 business days. In some cases, I am out of town or otherwise unable to ship an order by the next business day--if the item is needed in a hurry, just shoot me a DM on Instagram (@508Phineas) when ordering and we are always happy to let you know the status.
Given the nature of the product, no refunds will be given and exchange is only allowed if the item is received by me, unused, within 15 days.
